JOIN US AND BE A LEADER

Learning to Lead is a free summer program organized by Digital Jesuits to encourage and accompany youth to cultivate leadership roles in the Church and the society. The program involves workshops, role plays and group discussions. Together we explore the ideas of equity, diversity, and inclusion, and develop skills and knowledge relevant to life and leadership roles in our day-to-day life.

Our Milestones

Digital Jesuits ministry began with the online campaign for the release of  Fr. Stan Swamy SJ, Who was arrested by the NIA on October  8  on Bhima-Koregoan Case.
Since he was innocent in the case we the Digital Jesuits took up various online campaigns for his immediate release. We conducted various online prayer services, twitter storm, webinars, etc.
The online campaign for Stan continues till today.

An online get-together for the scholastics of JCSA

On : 28 November 2020

There was a quiz competition on the life of St. John Berchmans SJ, was held  on  28th November 2020.
Cheers With Berchs scheduled to begin at 8.45 p.m. to 9.45 p.m.
There were various cultural programs, interaction with FR. Stanislus D’Souza, POSA and with the new CDF. The entire program was fun filled with various cultural items, fun games and announcing of the quiz results. The winners of the quiz were given Amazon gift vouchers.
It was the first ever successful program organized by the Digital Jesuits. There was sea of applause from all the nook and corners.

4G Jingle Bells 2020

We conducted various competitions to celebrate the Christmas 2020 meaningfully. We held

There were more than 700 registrations for the competitions. The competitions were held successfully. The valedictory program was held on 25th December. Winners were given Amazon gift vouchers and all the participants were given E-certificates.

Peace is Your Right

It was organized by DJs Along with  center for New Humanities and compassion Xavier’s University, Bhubaneshwar.

on January 24th 2021 at, 5:00 – 6:00pm (IST)

The main speaker is  Rev. Joseph Kalathil SJ, a Jesuit Peace activist.

There were more than 200 registrations from all the over the world especially from Pakistan and other neighboring countries. The webinar was an interesting interaction with Fr. Joseph and his best experiences to bring peace between Pakistan. All the participants were given E-certificates.

Social Media and Me

The webinar was organized by DJs in collaboration with Xavier Institute of Engineering along with the Indian School of Media.
There were more than 150 participants in the zoom meeting. The webinar went on well with lots of discussions on the effects of social media on our life. All the participants were given E-certificates.

The panel discussion was on three controversial farm laws. The discussion  was very informative. There were more than 150 participants from various parts of the country. All the participants were given E-certificates.

In preparation of the  event  we had circulated google form with several personal questions. There were more than 700 registration for the event.
The discussion was mainly on the output of the google form questionnaires. It was one of the best webinars. There were 550 participants for the event.
